We are ready to consider new proposals if they meet the following conditions:

Basic terms

Exclusive or priority conditions for Submeral on the products and distribution (within a certain territory or through sales channels)
Forecasting and planning of sales no less than 500 th.rub a month for the region;
Trading margin for Submeral to be provided at least 30%;
60 days credit, for a seasonal product payment on sale, with the right of stock return.
St.Petersburg warehouse delivery.

Motivation policy

Incentives for Sales Department team (appr. 5% of turnover)
Training of Sales Department
Suppliers sales manager or representative, dedicated for Submeral, will be an advantage. This manager can be located in Submeral office.

Coverage of the customer base

Incentives for retail and wholesale customers (samples and bonus stock, entry fees and listings, compensation of temporary discounts for key clients)
Providing shop equipment to retail customers (if necessary)
Providing customers with informational and promotional materials

Retail chain customers

The budgets for entry into the retail chains of St. Petersburg and the region (depending on the requirements of the customer):
Compensation of listings of the chains
participation in retail chain marketing activity (appr.3-5% of sales, depending on customers conditions)
payment of new stores fees
participation in the catalogs and sales discounts, temporary price reductions on some items up to 25%

- price-list
- commercial terms
- price model
- presentation on products with a short- and long-term vision of development
- logistical information about products
- price monitoring for national/regional market
